Surface preparation is measured, not assumed. Cleanliness is assessed against ISO 8501-1 grades and the profile is recorded for every item.
Conditions are logged before and during coating. Relative humidity, air and substrate temperature are recorded, with the dew point calculated and the substrate held clear of it.
Thickness is checked and reported. Dry film thickness is measured against the specified minimum and reported per coat, with the total system thickness.
Every item leaves with its paperwork. Each certificate carries the readings, the operators, and the calibration record of the instruments used.
